Initiate Authorization
Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your unique tracking number and return shipping label.
Pack with Care
Carefully repack the optical tube, mount, and accessories in their original double-walled boxes to prevent misalignment or lens damage during transit.
Shipping and Insurance

Inspection and Refund
